Manufacturing information required
- Material: Grade, standard and any certificate requirement.
- Process: Required blank-making, machining and secondary operations.
- Heat treatment or surface treatment: Specification, location and acceptance criteria.
- Tolerances: Datums, fits, runout and other critical characteristics shown on the drawing.
- Inspection: Measurement method, sampling plan and report format required by the project.
Send the 2D/3D drawing, material, prototype or production quantity, annual demand, tolerance and treatment requirements, inspection documents and delivery target for review.
Quality and inspection: Review our quality inspection and process-control approach. Include critical characteristics, required reports, certificates and traceability needs with the RFQ.
