How we support your program

From drawing review to stable production

The manufacturing route is selected around part function and risk, not around a fixed process. Our team reviews the information needed to quote, sample, inspect, and repeat the part reliably.

  1. 01

    Drawing and requirement review

We review geometry, material, tolerances, heat treatment, surface finish, inspection, quantity, and application requirements.

  2. 02

    Process route and quotation

We define a practical route across forging, casting, machining, grinding, finishing, and outside-process coordination where required.

  3. 03

    Sampling and validation

Prototype or pilot parts are checked against the agreed drawing, critical dimensions, material, and documentation requirements.

  4. 04

    Repeat production and delivery

Production controls, final inspection, packaging, and delivery coordination support consistent supply for ongoing programs.

Frequently asked questions

Planning a custom component project

Which additional manufacturing services does Jinhua Machinery provide?

Jinhua Machinery supports custom shaft components, gear and transmission components, fastener components, custom industrial parts, machined forgings, and machined castings. The exact process route depends on the drawing and application.

Can Jinhua Machinery manufacture parts directly from drawings or samples?

Yes. Projects can begin from technical drawings, 3D data, samples, or a defined requirement package. Drawings and specifications provide the clearest basis for manufacturability review and quotation.

Can one project combine forging, casting, and machining?

Yes. Where appropriate, a forged or cast blank can be combined with CNC turning, milling, drilling, grinding, heat treatment, plating, black oxide, or other finishing and inspection steps.

What should I send to request a quote?

Please send drawings or samples, target quantity, material grade, tolerance requirements, heat treatment, surface finish, application, inspection needs, packaging requirements, and the requested delivery schedule.

Have a drawing or component requirement?

Send your part information for a manufacturability and quotation review. We will identify the service category and process route that best fits the program.
