Precision fastener manufacturing solutions

From drawing review to finished fastener components

Fastener programs are planned around thread geometry, head or flange form, weld features, hardness, coating, torque requirements, mating components, and stable delivery.

Drawing and route review

We review whether cold forming, machining, welding features, or combined processes fit the part geometry, tolerance target, material grade, and annual demand.

Thread and fit control

External threads, internal threads, knurls, shoulders, locating faces, flange surfaces, and mating features can be planned around assembly requirements.

Heat treatment and finishing

Quenching, tempering, carburizing, zinc plating, zinc-nickel, black oxide, and corrosion protection can be reviewed according to application environment.

Production inspection planning

Critical dimensions, thread gauges, torque requirements, hardness, coating thickness, weld interface, surface finish, and packaging needs are considered before production.

FAQ

Fastener component quoting questions

Can you manufacture custom fasteners from drawings?

Yes. We support drawing-based fastener-related components including adjustment screws, ball-head screws, weld bolts, weld nuts, threaded bases, inserts, high-strength bolts, nuts, studs, and custom formed or machined parts.

Can you support plating and heat treatment?

Yes. Heat treatment, zinc plating, zinc-nickel, black oxide, corrosion protection, and other finishing requirements can be reviewed based on material, strength target, and application environment.

What should be included in a fastener RFQ?

Please send drawings or samples, material grade, strength class, thread specification, coating or surface treatment, quantity, application, inspection needs, and packaging requirements when available.
