Torque Limiter Components
This page covers custom components for torque limiter assemblies manufactured to customer drawings. Torque range, interface dimensions and acceptance criteria must be defined by the customer specification.
Drawing-based production review
- Material: Confirm grade and mechanical-property requirements.
- Process route: Review blank type, turning, milling, grinding and any required secondary operations.
- Heat treatment and finish: Apply only the specification stated on the drawing.
- Tolerances: Check shaft interfaces, fits, threads and other critical dimensions.
- Inspection: Agree functional or dimensional checks and required records before production.
For quotation, provide the drawing or model, material, quantity, annual demand, torque-related acceptance criteria, tolerances, surface treatment, inspection requirements and delivery schedule.
Quality and inspection: Review our quality inspection and process-control approach. Include critical characteristics, required reports, certificates and traceability needs with the RFQ.
