Upper Assist Shaft Manufacturing
Jinhua Machinery manufactures upper assist shafts to approved customer drawings for steering and mechanical assemblies.
Verified manufacturing details
- Material: Medium-carbon steel with cold-drawing pretreatment.
- Process route: Cold forging forms the external spline and largest outer diameter; turning, milling and grinding complete other features.
- Hardness: HRA 58–64.
- Dimensional control: Outer diameter tolerance ±10 μm and inner diameter tolerance ±22 μm.
Inspection and quotation
Inspection is planned from the approved drawing, including spline geometry, diameters, datums and marked characteristics. Send the drawing or model, material specification, quantity, annual volume, required reports, finish requirements and target delivery date.
Quality and inspection: Review our quality inspection and process-control approach. Include critical characteristics, required reports, certificates and traceability needs with the RFQ.
