Battery Swap System Components
This page is for drawing-based components used in new-energy vehicle battery swap projects. The supplied part scope is defined by the approved drawing and purchase order; this page does not make a standard specification claim for a complete installed station.
RFQ review structure
- Material: Confirm the grade and applicable standard.
- Manufacturing route: Review required machining, forging, casting, joining or finishing operations from the drawing.
- Tolerance and interfaces: Identify datums, fits, mounting interfaces and critical characteristics.
- Surface treatment: Confirm coating, corrosion protection and appearance requirements.
- Inspection: Agree measurement methods, sampling and required reports before production.
For quotation, send the component drawing or 3D model, material, quantity, annual volume, tolerance and finish requirements, inspection documents and target delivery date.
Quality and inspection: Review our quality inspection and process-control approach. Include critical characteristics, required reports, certificates and traceability needs with the RFQ.
