Information required for production planning
- Material: Grade, standard and certificate requirement.
- Geometry: Thread specification, weld features, head or nut form and mating interface.
- Process route: Blank-making, forming, machining and joining-related requirements shown on the drawing.
- Heat treatment and coating: Specification and acceptance criteria supplied by the customer.
- Inspection: Thread gauges, dimensional checks, weld-related characteristics, sampling and required reports.
Send the drawing or model, material, quantity, annual volume, tolerance, heat-treatment and coating requirements, inspection documents and target delivery date.
Quality and inspection: Review our quality inspection and process-control approach. Include critical characteristics, required reports, certificates and traceability needs with the RFQ.
