Verified manufacturing details
- Material: 45 or S45C steel.
- Process route: Six grooves and the outer-diameter blank are forged; the external thread and inner hole are produced by turning.
- Heat treatment: Quenching and tempering.
- Hardness: HV 190–250.
- Dimensional control: Outer diameter tolerance within 18 μm and inner diameter tolerance within 25 μm.
- Surface roughness: Ra 0.8.
Inspection and quotation
Inspection follows the approved drawing, including thread, bore, outer diameter, hardness and roughness requirements. Send the drawing, material, quantity, annual demand, required reports, finish requirements and delivery schedule.
Quality and inspection: Review our quality inspection and process-control approach. Include critical characteristics, required reports, certificates and traceability needs with the RFQ.
